Corporate Pub Crawl & Team Building in Warsaw
Private Group Logistics and Meeting Point
Your corporate night begins at Labirynt Club, located at Chmielna 5 in the heart of Warsaw. This central location makes it easy for teams to arrive from their offices or hotels. While the main event follows a set schedule, we understand that business meetings can run late. Your group can still join the first bar until 21:00 without missing the core experience. Our local guides wait at the entrance to greet your staff, distribute wristbands, and start the drinking games to break the ice between departments.
Professional Invoicing and Group Pricing
Budgeting for a team event requires clear pricing and documentation. Tickets for our crawl start at 90 PLN per person, which covers all entry fees and included drinks. We provide official invoices for all corporate bookings to simplify your accounting process. This price includes a welcome drink at the first venue and a free shot in every venue that follows. Because we handle the payments for the clubs and bars, your team leads do not need to manage cash or individual tabs during the night out.
Structured Team Bonding Activities
A company night out should be more than just sitting in a bar. We include drinking games and specific challenges designed to get people talking. Our local guides act as hosts, ensuring everyone is included in the activities. The crawl lasts about 4 hours, which is the perfect duration for a work event. It provides enough time to socialize without ending too late. We move as a group between three different bars, ending the night with VIP club entry where your team can dance without waiting in long lines.
Multi-Activity Corporate Packages
Many companies choose to extend their team building day beyond the evening crawl. We also run 5 other experiences in Warsaw that companies often combine with the crawl. You can start the afternoon with a competitive activity and transition directly into the nightlife tour. This allows you to build a full 8-hour itinerary for your staff. Our team coordinates the timing between these different events so the transition from your afternoon activity to the Labirynt Club meeting point is seamless and stress-free.
What is Included for Your Team
We ensure your team receives a premium experience with no hidden costs. Every participant gets VIP entry to a popular Warsaw nightclub, skipping the standard queues. The tour visits a total of three bars before the final club. Inside the venues, we provide a welcome drink to start the night and a free shot at every subsequent stop. Our local guides stay with the group for the entire four hours to handle navigation and venue security. This structure ensures a safe and organized environment for all your employees.
